Website analytics (Google Analytics 4)
When you visit gpsformarketers.com, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised data including your approximate IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, session duration, and traffic source. This data is used to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. Google processes this data on servers in the United States. Data is retained for 14 months by default. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Session recordings (Microsoft Clarity)
Microsoft Clarity records anonymised session replays, heatmaps, and click maps to help us understand how visitors interact with the page. Clarity may record mouse movements, clicks, and scroll depth. It does not capture passwords or payment information. Data is retained for 13 months. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Purchase data (Gumroad)
Purchases are processed through Gumroad, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). When you buy through our site, Gumroad collects your name, email address, and payment information. We receive only your email address and purchase confirmation. Gumroad acts as an independent data processor. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3. Cookies

This website uses cookies set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for the purposes described above. These are analytics cookies — they do not identify you personally. You can disable cookies at any time in your browser settings.

4. Data Transfers Outside the EU

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity transfer data to the United States. Both transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Gumroad is also based in the United States and processes purchases under the same basis.

Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months (GA4) and 13 months (Clarity). Purchase-related data held by Gumroad is subject to Gumroad's own retention policy. We do not store payment data directly.
