2. Products

GPS for Marketers offers the following digital products:

All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law. EU VAT is calculated and collected by Gumroad, Inc., which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. The applicable VAT rate depends on your country of residence.

3. Ordering and Delivery

Purchases are completed through Gumroad (gumroad.com). Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to the purchased digital content via a link delivered to your email address. Delivery is electronic — no physical product is shipped.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal upon immediate access: By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the digital content, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your 14-day right of withdrawal expires at the moment you first access the content. You will be asked to confirm this at checkout.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before accessing the content, contact us at ceo@gpsformarketers.com with your order details. Refunds are processed via Gumroad within 14 days.

5. Conformity of Digital Content (EU Directive 2019/771)

Under EU Directive 2019/771, digital content must conform to the contract for a period of two years from the date of delivery. If the digital content does not conform — for example, if it is inaccessible due to a technical error on our side — you are entitled to have it remedied free of charge. Contact us at ceo@gpsformarketers.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

This statutory guarantee does not cover issues arising from your own technical environment (browser, device, internet connection) or from content that you have modified.

6. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Gumroad, Inc. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include credit card, PayPal, and other options. We do not store or process payment details directly.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, slides, frameworks, templates, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Moritz Möller / GPS for Marketers and is protected by copyright. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own professional development. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or share the content with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

The courses provide educational content based on the author's professional experience. Results depend on individual effort and circumstances. GPS for Marketers does not guarantee specific business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply. The place of jurisdiction for merchants is Berlin, Germany.

10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and do not voluntarily do so. We prefer to resolve disputes directly — contact us first at ceo@gpsformarketers.com.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
